Responsibilities
The Knowledge Management (KM) Section is responsible for enabling knowledge flow to enhance shared understanding, learning, and decision-making across the GCC. It develops, executes, and monitors the GCC KM Program, and conducts Content and Information Management, and Records Management using tools such as ARIMS, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, and other solutions in line with Army doctrine.
The KM Section comprises the KM Working Group (KMWG) with representatives from each GCC division, led by the KM Officer (KMO). All efforts are overseen by the GCC Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) and Deputy Director.
Provide support in developing documents for current and planned capabilities, including application development in SharePoint across NETCOM managed DoDIN-A environments. Review requirements documents and communicate findings to the Government.
Design, develop, and implement SharePoint portals supporting NETCOM-wide processes and information sharing.
Create automated workflows based on Government requirements.
Develop websites, web pages, web parts, and custom list solutions as per requirements.
Maintain web services and the SharePoint testing environment sandbox.
Qualifications
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD.
Certifications: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (current MS-offered equivalent acceptable). Additional cybersecurity certifications such as CCSP, CCNP Security, CompTIA SecurityX, FITSP-O, GFACT, GSEC are preferred.
Possess and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Entry-level experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including organizational studies, system design, procedures, and work simplification.
Strong organizational skills for content management and review processes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to support continuous improvement.

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000, based on experience and other factors.
