A law firm seeks mid-level associates for its Litigation practice group in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of patent litigation experience and hold an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field.
Duties
Conduct legal research and analysis for patent litigation cases. Draft and review legal documents and pleadings. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Represent clients in court and during negotiations. Requirements
3-5 years of patent litigation experience. Admitted to the New York, D.C., or California Bar. Excellent academic credentials. Education
Undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a similar field. Certifications
Bar admission in New York, D.C., or California. Skills
