Lead Udemy’s marketing technology (MarTech) product strategy—owning the vision, roadmap, and execution to enable personalized, data-driven customer engagement at scale. Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage MarTech product roadmap & KPIs Develop and optimize marketing platforms (email, push, SMS, landing pages, automated campaigns) Partner with Engineering & Marketing to boost campaign velocity and personalization Evolve and integrate tools like CDP (Customer Data Platform) Champion a test-and-learn culture and scalable architecture Continuously assess and improve Udemy’s MarTech stack What You’ll Need
5+ years
of product management experience (esp. in internal tools or MarTech platforms) Strong understanding of
data-driven marketing
across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels Experience with tools like
Braze ,
HighTouch ,
Contentful , or
Gainsight Demonstrated success in improving
marketing workflows
and
campaign effectiveness Comfortable working cross-functionally (Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) Hypothesis-driven mindset, able to toggle between strategy and hands-on delivery Why Udemy
