Responsibilities

Product strategy

– Develop and manage Customer and Marketing data product strategy that incorporates product goals, stakeholder, and franchisee needs; establish objectives and acceptance criteria using meaningful metrics, KPIs, and quantifiable business outcomes; own business cases and budget adherence; evaluate market analysis and industry innovations to inform strategy.

Roadmap planning and prioritization

– Translate strategy into a roadmap, allocate and manage work across teams using Agile principles, and apply rigorous prioritization to deliver high‑value items at the right time.

Leadership

– Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of Product Managers and Analysts; develop Team OKRs and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Cross‑functional collaboration

– Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive consensus and execution, provide progress updates, guide product design, and manage dependencies and integrations.

Vendor management

– Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and economics.

Innovation & emerging technologies

– Evaluate and incubate applications of GenAI, agentic AI, and reinforcement learning for content automation, journey optimization, and intelligent decisioning.

Education & Experience Qualifications

Minimum 4‑year degree and/or bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred

Minimum 10 years product management experience working on data platforms or related technology solutions

Minimum 5 years experience as a team leader and manager

Required Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

10+ years progressive product management experience, with 3+ years in a Director or senior leadership role

Deep knowledge of the MarTech stack, including data warehouse, CDP, ESP, OMS, personalization platforms, and CMS

Track record of delivering measurable impact across CRM, personalization, or loyalty programs

Strong understanding of customer data, lifecycle marketing, and campaign orchestration workflows

Proven ability to coach and develop high‑performing product teams, influencing engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Strong business acumen with experience building business cases and translating data into strategy

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions, synthesize information, and provide actionable insights

Excellent storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills
