Banking Associate Attorney
to join our team in Chicago. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Experience in debt finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents. UCC experience and general corporate experience. High academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. WE OFFER: Market rate annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, vision, and dependent life insurance (benefits may vary outside the U.S.).
