Tax Associate Attorney
to join their team in Chicago. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Solid law firm experience working on commercial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and corporate finance, both domestic and cross-border. Passion for delivering high-quality work and client service. Reviewing and editing agreements with clients and third parties. Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts. Responding to discovery requests. Familiarity with ethics rules, willingness to handle diverse tasks with responsibility, and excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar. WE OFFER: Market-rate annual discretionary bonus.
