About The Role
We are currently seeking
Attorneys
with
5-7
years of experience working in a Trial Firm handling
i nsurance defense matters in the areas of:
personal injury, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation and first-party property
to join our statewide practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
Responsibilities
Handle premises liability, PI, first-party property & insurance defense matters statewide Conduct legal research and analysis Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings Work on writing and drafting legal documents Must be admitted & in good standing with the Florida Bar
Required Skills
5-7 years of experience working as a Trial Lawyer in a Defense Firm, preferably in the areas listed above (Commercial Litigation/ Premises & General Liability, FPP, etc.) Strong writing and oral advocacy skills Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
