Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate
to join our team in Washington. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Experience in transactional Antitrust and/or Antitrust litigation. Managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus. Representing and advising clients on transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures. Counseling companies on corporate governance, takeover preparedness, and related corporate matters. Providing high-quality work and excellent client service. Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts. Responding to discovery requests. Familiarity with ethics rules and willingness to undertake various tasks with responsibility. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills. High academic achievement from an accredited law school and admission to the DC Bar.
