Position Posting – Marketing Coordinator (Contract) – 24 hrs/week August 2025 Job Purpose:

Lundstrum is seeking a skilled and passionate Marketing Coordinator on a contract basis to develop and execute targeted communication strategies that amplify our mission, engage audiences, drive awareness and class registrations. The role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with exceptional writing, digital communication, and strategic thinking skills who is committed to youth development through the arts. Located in North Minneapolis for more than 90 years, Lundstrum Performing Arts offers exceptional arts experiences to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities. Primary Duties and Major Activities: Content Development & Management: · Plan content calendars and craft compelling and accurate content for website pages, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other materials assigned. · Ensure communications are professional and accurate and align with Lundstrum’s brand. · Take photos of Lundstrum events to build library of compelling imagery. Marketing Campaigns · Design and implement online advertising campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram boosted posts, Google Adwords, and others. · Design and launch email marketing campaigns using MailChimp Digital & social media engagement · Develop and implement strategies for optimizing Lundstrum’s social media presence: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. Website · Create and maintain web pages on organizational Squarespace platform, including landing pages, and QR codes, optimizing SEO through Web analytics. · Manage updates and maintenance of all graphic and multimedia content Qualifications - What we are looking for: Experience

— 2+ years prior marketing communication and relevant experience. Technical Skills

— Excellent technology skills, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with social media platforms, Squarespace preferred. Excellent writing skills with proficiency in grammar and proofreading. Communication

— Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, must have ability to work as part of a team and partner collaboratively with arts and admin staff. Adaptability

— Ability to work in a professional and positive manner with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and within a team.
