Their newest product line has become their fastest-growing revenue stream, and they are looking to expand the core engineering team driving this growth. What You Will Do
As a
Member of Technical Staff on the Enterprise Integrations Platform team , you will be at the center of building and scaling the integrations ecosystem that powers enterprise customer experiences. You’ll: Architect, design, and build backend services that support integrations with large-scale vendors.
Drive long-term platform decisions to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.
Solve complex distributed systems problems involving scaling, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
Build and evolve an SDK that improves the internal developer experience and enables rapid integration development.
Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with customer needs.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other engineers, guiding best practices and system design decisions.
Ideal Candidate Background
7–13 years of professional software engineering experience , with a proven track record in backend systems at scale.
Strong
platform and infrastructure experience , including ownership of architectural decisions impacting multiple teams.
Experience building
enterprise-grade APIs
(REST, GraphQL, JSON/HTTP) with a focus on performance and reliability.
Hands-on expertise with
AWS cloud infrastructure
and distributed systems (message queues, sharding, auto-scaling, fault tolerance).
Proficiency in
modern programming languages
such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.
Background in
enterprise B2B software
and/or integrations at scale.
Experience in
high-growth startup environments
(Seed – Series C), demonstrating ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained settings.
Preferred
Experience on
platform teams
focused on integrations.
Demonstrated ability to balance technical execution with
customer-first product thinking .
Strong track record of
technical mentorship
and driving impactful engineering discussions.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary of
$250,000 – $265,000 , plus equity.
