What will you be doing?

As the senior Identity Security technical leader, your mission is to

advance the growth, credibility, and delivery of WWT's global IDSec offerings

. You will partner with cross-functional teams-including sales, engineering, OEMs, alliances, marketing, and delivery-to

architect modern identity solutions

, articulate WWT's value in the IAM and Zero Trust space, and scale our internal and external enablement across markets and verticals.

You will serve as the

bridge between business opportunity and technical execution

: advising CxOs on solution direction, guiding pre-sales efforts, supporting complex deals, and enabling scalable go-to-market efforts across geographies.

This role reports to the

Practice Manager of Identity Security

and is designed for high-growth trajectory, with the expectation that the selected candidate will eventually assume

global leadership responsibilities

for the IDSec practice.

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Technical Leadership

Serve as WWT's

global SME for Identity Security

, representing the domain across internal strategy sessions, partner engagement, and customer-facing initiatives.

Design and advise on

complex, enterprise-scale IAM architectures

, spanning technologies such as IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and decentralized identity models.

Translate customer requirements into actionable architectures, guiding regional solution architects and sales teams.

Sales Enablement & Opportunity Support

(Non-Quota Carrying)

Partner with sales teams

worldwide to deliver technical pre-sales expertise, customer discovery, architecture validation, and proposal input.

Run

lighthouse deal cadences

, ensuring visibility into major IDSec opportunities and alignment across engineering, delivery, and OEM partners.

Coach account teams and partners on

identity trends

, technical value propositions, and competitive differentiation.

Go-To-Market & Business Development

Define and execute domain-specific

growth strategies

, including whitespace analysis, partner ecosystem expansion, and industry-aligned messaging.

Evaluate and onboard new OEM technologies to expand our market reach and capabilities.

Build content that drives thought leadership, including

white papers, solution briefs, demo videos, technical presentations

, and internal field enablement.

Practice Building & Future Leadership

Co-develop service offerings with our delivery and consulting teams, ensuring

scalable, repeatable identity solution models

.

Lead OEM QBRs, roadmap alignment sessions, and influence co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.

Mentor junior technologists and contribute to the

ongoing maturity of the IDSec practice

.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years

of progressive experience in cybersecurity or IT architecture roles, with

7+ years directly in IAM/IDSec disciplines

.

Proven execution as a Business Development Manager (BDM), Sale Leader and / or technical strategist, supporting enterprise sales teams and shaping domain strategy.

Experience presenting to and influencing

C-level executives

, both internally and externally.

Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas:

Identity Governance (SailPoint, Saviynt)

Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)

Access Management (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock)

Identity Federation, SAML/OIDC/OAuth2

Zero Trust Architecture

Passwordless and Modern Authentication

Non-human Identitites, OT/IoT infrastrcture

Deep understanding of the

IDSec vendor landscape

, solution evaluation, partner relationships, and emerging trends.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree required; preference for Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Business is a plus.

Professional certifications strongly preferred (e.g.,

CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, CCNA

).

Other Details

Travel:

Up to 20%, primarily for strategic client meetings, executive briefings, and OEM summits.

Autonomy:

You'll determine strategy and execution approaches in coordination with the Practice Manager and executive team.

Location:

Open to remote candidates across the U.S.; proximity to key markets is a plus.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $220,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
