Location: North Wales, PA Reports To: VP of Operations or CEO (TBD) Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start Preferred --- About Us We're a fast-growing beauty product supplier, scaling rapidly and evolving our team structure to meet increasing demand. With approximately 100 employees split between office and warehouse operations, we're looking to bring in a strategic and experienced Senior Office Operations Manager to support our growth and optimize our backend processes. --- The Role This is a newly created position designed to bridge the gap between our warehouse operations and office leadership. You'll work closely with the VP of Operations, Office Manager, and CEO to ensure smooth execution of retail account logistics, cost control, and internal office operations. This role is office-based and ideal for someone with a strong background in CPG logistics, chargeback prevention, and cross-functional team leadership. --- Key Responsibilities Oversee shipping logistics for major retail accounts (e.g., Walmart, Target, CVS) to minimize chargebacks and optimize cost-efficiency (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service teams to streamline workflows and support growth Monitor and manage operational budgets, vendor contracts, and internal reporting Support ERP system usage and training (training provided) Partner with the Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Identify and implement process improvements across office operations Contribute to strategic planning and help shape the future of the role as the company grows --- Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the CPG industry Strong understanding of retail logistics, and cost management Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growing environment Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and ERP systems (training provided) Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
