About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Engineering Lead Analyst to join our multi-disciplinary Cloud Engineering teams. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in enabling Citi to seamlessly deploy applications into Citi's approved Cloud Providers. You will achieve this by designing, developing, and deploying robust, secure, and intuitive tools and services, with a strong focus on building cutting-edge pipelines that leverage industry-standard practices and cloud-native solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Citi's strategic multi-cloud journey and significantly enhance our developer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate extensively with a team of highly skilled cloud engineers and diverse business stakeholders to drive the strategic vision of enabling a comprehensive multi-cloud strategy across the entire enterprise Deliver robust automation solutions and frameworks that facilitate the widespread adoption of Citi's approved Cloud Providers at scale Develop, enable, and meticulously maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) pipelines tailored for various business use cases, supporting the broader Citi organization Architect and integrate cloud-native solutions that seamlessly incorporate security, observability, and data analytics capabilities Define and uphold stringent development standards and best practices for the team, ensuring the creation of high-quality technical and user documentation, including READMEs, changelogs, and comprehensive user guides Collaborate closely with other Cloud Engineering teams and dependent functional groups to ensure the delivery of a cohesive, end-to-end infrastructure-as-code pipeline across the organization Provide essential support for new features and bug fixes within a REST-based microservice architecture, specifically developed with Spring Reactive Proactively triage and deliver well-reasoned and effective solutions to production incidents that may arise, impacting both future and existing pipelines Technical Expertise: 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role Hands-on software development and/or automation experience, specifically within the Cloud Platform Engineering domain Strong software development background with proven expertise in cloud service automation, utilizing technologies such as: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Java Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Linux Demonstrable hands-on experience with either GCP (Google Cloud Platform) - preferred or AWS Cloud services Practical experience with Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) practices and a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) tooling and components Comprehensive knowledge of common standards and best practices pertaining to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Security Professional Skills & Experience: Proven experience working across multiple lines of business in a collaborative corporate environment Advanced analytical and meticulous problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate honestly, productively, and helpfully with all levels of staff and management Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Public Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Developer)
