Production Operator
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a general labor position with the potential to grow into an operator role. Candidates will receive training, although a basic understanding of machine operation is advantageous for success. You will work collaboratively in a team of 3 to 4 members and assist additional packers when needed. Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading machinery. Perform quality checks on steel during and after the process to ensure proper operation. Use measurement tools such as mics, calipers, and gauges. Handle shipping and receiving of materials within the facility. Move materials around the facility safely. Maintain a safe working environment. Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing, particularly with presses, steel, or large machinery. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Proficiency in reading a tape measure to 1/16 inch. Experience working in teams of 3-4 people. Familiarity with hand and power tools. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
