We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts-Subcontracts Administrator who is responsible for managing all aspects of contract and subcontract administration to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This dual-hatted role supports the entire contract lifecycle-from pre-award through execution to closeout-working closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate successful contract performance and risk mitigation. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with classified contracts and a strong understanding of government acquisition processes. Location: Hybrid - McLean, VA To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we're looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities: Develop, negotiate, and pre award agreements including RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, TAs and SB Plans. Negotiate agreements in compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFAR), company policies, and customer requirements. Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support proposal development and pricing strategies for new business opportunities. Manage contract modifications, change orders, and equitable adjustments in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Maintain accurate contract/ subcontract files, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and technical requirements. Performs subcontract close-out activities Interface with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and program management. Prepare and execute subcontract documents including subcontract agreements, modifications, and closeouts. Participate in audits and support reporting requirements including small business utilization. Clearance Required: This position requires the ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation but prefers the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level or above. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in contracts or subcontract administration within a government contracting environment. Experience managing cost-type and fixed-price contracts and familiarity with subcontract management best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems. Excellent written and oral communication, and organizational skills. Experience negotiating terms and conditions in compliance with FAR and agency regulations. NCMA certification (e.g., CPCM, CFCM). Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems. Active Secret clearance or above.
