Director Of Marketing And Talent
will lead our marketing initiatives and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement, while also overseeing talent acquisition, development, and retention. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of both marketing and recruitment. PRIMARY DUTIES Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote Fisher Industries brand, products, and services Lead brand management efforts to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and digital marketing initiatives to reach target audiences Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent Develop and execute talent retention and development programs to foster a positive and productive workplace culture Partner with recruitment to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies Monitor and analyze marketing and recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement Lead, mentor, and develop marketing and recruitment teams to ensure high performance and professional growth Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing and talent management Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing, talent acquisition, or related roles, with some leadership responsibilities Strong strategic thinking and project management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns Experience with talent management, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation Knowledge of applicant tracking systems Creative mindset with a data-driven approach Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
