Job Summary

The Conference Concierge will be the day-to-day face of the Treehouse. On a day-to-day basis the Concierge will be located on the first and be the first point of contact for many visitors. The Concierge will be involved in planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of meetings and events held at our standalone conference center. This role involves greeting clients, managing event logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of events to provide exceptional experience for all attendees. Key Responsibilities: Welcome Desk Duties:

Greet attendees at the welcome desk, provide information, and assist with any inquiries or issues. On-Site Management:

Be present during events to manage operations, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Client Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring all requirements are met. Event Planning:

Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with external vendors (caterers, AV technicians, decorators, etc.) to ensure all services are delivered as per the event requirements. Logistics Management:

Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and functioning correctly. Post-Event Follow-Up:

Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties such as maintaining event records, processing invoices, and preparing reports. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor for greeting attendees. Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. Physical ability to assist with event setup and breakdown.
