Warehouse Associate - (Englewood, CO)

Shift & Pay: 1st: 7:30am-4:00pm (Mon-Fri) | $21/hr 2nd: 3:30pm-12:00am (Mon-Fri) | $21/hr + $2 shift differential About the Role: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials across our warehouse network. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and supports our mission of delivering high-quality outsourced pharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities: Perform general warehouse duties in one or more areas: Receiving: Inspect and process incoming materials, including chemicals and controlled substances Material Handling: Pick, kit, and sanitize materials for cleanroom manufacturing Shipping: Accurately pick and pack customer orders Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers (certification provided) Conduct inventory movements using scanners and ERP systems Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse areas and equipment Transport materials between warehouse locations as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration What You Bring: High school diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, and comprehend English Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or healthcare environment preferred Familiarity with ERP systems and scanners is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude Willingness to work extended hours and perform repetitive tasks Benefits: Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick Time Tuition Reimbursement & Career Development Programs Weekly Pay The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
