The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join the COBJAX team in Jacksonville, FL. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities: This inspector implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations Inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner Specifies areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and how often inspections will be accomplished Communicates deficiencies to proper persons Maintains Quality Control files Documents results of all inspections. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): 1+ year of experience with Quality Assurance or Technical Inspection 1+ year of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience): Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision, etc.) A&P License Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job Pay & Benefits: At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
