Financial Services Litigation Associate – Boutique Chicago Law Firm

About the Position:
Our client, a Chicago boutique law firm with a national reach, has an immediate need for a litigators to join its busy practice as a mid-level associate. This highly regarded practice focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients, including banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs
· Take and defend depositions
· Appear in court

Required Qualifications:
· 3 – 5 years of litigation experience
· Exposure to financial services litigation is a strong plus
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000, depending on level of experience.
