Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) with good experience in admin roles, leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects.
- Approximately 2 years of experience/exposure in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
- Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software.
Qualifications
- BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification (required).
Skills Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channels, and End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management, and enablement is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, especially in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, or integrations with external systems.
- Hands-on experience configuring platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
- Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem and native Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, UAT, and change management.
- Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
- Ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and reports to deliver business insights.
- Keen understanding of system security and controls.

- Establish credibility as trusted advisors, understanding business requirements and providing options.
- Propose solutions beyond initial requests, focusing on scalable, flexible, and maintainable designs.
- Set clear, measurable success criteria for initiatives.
- Follow a standardized development lifecycle methodology for projects, from scoping to implementation.
- Support business processes related to application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
- Manage Salesforce applications, defining, designing, and configuring enhancements to provide ROI.
- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts for business insights.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing, including scripting and obtaining sign-offs.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-based optimization.
