Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) with good experience in admin roles, leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience/exposure in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software.

Qualifications

  • BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification (required).

Skills Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channels, and End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management, and enablement is preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, especially in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, or integrations with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience configuring platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
  • Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem and native Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience in SDLC project management and analysis, including scoping, timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows, requirements, UAT, and change management.
  • Working knowledge of process documentation and project management software.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
  • Ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM and reports to deliver business insights.
  • Keen understanding of system security and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business teams as functional experts in sales, merchandising, and retail processes.
  • Establish credibility as trusted advisors, understanding business requirements and providing options.
  • Propose solutions beyond initial requests, focusing on scalable, flexible, and maintainable designs.
  • Set clear, measurable success criteria for initiatives.
  • Follow a standardized development lifecycle methodology for projects, from scoping to implementation.
  • Support business processes related to application, data integrity, governance, and compliance.
  • Manage Salesforce applications, defining, designing, and configuring enhancements to provide ROI.
  • Design and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts for business insights.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing, including scripting and obtaining sign-offs.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-based optimization.
