Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Analyst to support an innovative program. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Program Manager (PM) to support organization efforts. The candidate will support the Pentagon Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process and understand warfare capabilities, needs, and requirements. The candidate must be able to navigate across OPNAV Directorates, establish relationships, and gather the necessary information to develop positions for integrated warfare decision-making. This near-term opportunity is ideal for a self-starting, detail-oriented, technically and linguistically savvy individual with experience in Naval Operations, Navy planning, programming, and budget management, and/or Pentagon Resource Sponsor experience. Travel: <20% can be expected.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of DoD experience
- 5+ years of DoD/Navy Program and/or Requirements Management experience
- Ability to work independently and provide high-level analytical input to program managers
- Strong communication and coordination skills across all services and technical communities
- Highly familiar with the DoD POM process
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- SECRET clearance, eligible for TS/SCI clearance
Desired Experience:
- Highly experienced with OPNAV and DoD Staff Processes
- Served as Navy line Executive Officer or Commanding Officer; Final TS/SCI clearance, SCI Eligible
