W2 Role

Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP Functional expertise, 5+ years of technical expertise including ABAP, EDI, and at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect.

Minimum of 2 end-to-end S/4 HANA Implementation Experience (Greenfield/Brownfield) and at least one year of Support S/4 HANA experience.

Deep understanding of ABAP programming, including RICEF/EDI/ALE/IDocs and object-oriented programming.

SAP certification is a plus.

Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, etc.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP SCM, focusing on purchasing, inventory, or related modules.

Deep understanding of supply chain processes, materials management, procurement best practices, and integration with FI/SD modules.

SAP Solution Architect

The SAP Solution Architect will define solution strategies both within and outside of SAP, drive design and technical implementation, and architect innovative solutions in collaboration with business partners.

Provide functional expertise in SAP modules related to Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), including logistics, Materials Management, and integration with Finance, Sales & Distribution to optimize business processes and ensure seamless operations.

Responsible for creating and delivering cohesive solutions across multiple SAP modules such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and integrations with non-SAP applications like Warehouse Management systems such as High Jump and 3PL Warehousing systems using EDI.

Work on multiple projects, from gathering customer requirements to implementing solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP platforms, and integrations with other systems, along with a strong technical background in enterprise architecture.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, understanding of business processes, challenges, and needs; and the ability to recommend optimal systems integration solutions and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, architects (non-SAP applications), and functional, technical, and integration teams to define and implement solutions.

Design and implement SAP solutions, analyze business requirements, configure systems, and optimize SAP landscape performance.

Work closely with teams and stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
