About the Position:
We are working with an elite national trial boutique that is seeking a stellar litigation attorney (4-12 yrs) with strong patent litigation experience to join its Chicago office. This dynamic law firm focuses exclusively on high-stakes litigation and represents a range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, pharmaceutical companies, and publicly held companies. This role involves significant client contact and opportunities for high level hands-on experience in patent litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Briefing a wide range of matters
· Taking and preparing witnesses for depositions, including experts
· Preparing for Markman hearings
· Preparing and responding to written discovery and contentions

Required Qualifications:
· 4-12 or more years of litigation experience, with a strong patent litigation component
· Experience arguing substantive motions and briefing discovery issues
· Markman hearing experience
· Top academic credentials and strong writing skills
· A scientific or technical background is a plus
· Experience being on a trial team preferred, but not required

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000-$420,000+.
