Patent Litigation (Junior-Level) Associate – Premier Chicago Trial Boutique

About the Position:
We are working with an elite national trial boutique that is seeking a patent litigator (2-3 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an Associate. This dynamic law firm focuses exclusively on high-stakes litigation and represents a range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, pharmaceutical companies, and publicly held companies. This role involves significant client contact and opportunities for high level hands-on experience in patent litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Briefing a wide range of matters
· Taking and preparing witnesses for depositions, including experts
· Preparing and responding to written discovery and contentions

Required Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of patent litigation experience
· Experience arguing substantive motions and briefing discovery issues
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
· A scientific or technical background is a plus

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $145,000-$220,000.
