A day in the life of a Managing Partner:
- Manage profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor oversight, and financial review.
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
- Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.
What you bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, including profit and loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant.
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk throughout shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
