A Day in the Life of a Managing Partner:
- Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures, managing inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
- Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
- Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success.
- Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure guests have an exceptional visit with friendliness and quality products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a QSR environment.
- Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.
