Job Overview:
Lotus Concepts Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Unit Director of Bar and Nightlife Operations to oversee operations of our premier nightlife venues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-energy restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, strong connections within Denver's VIP scene, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in late-night settings, has an eye for detail, and can lead a team to deliver memorable events and top-tier hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day bar and club operations, including staff management, guest services, event planning, and compliance with safety regulations.
  2. Guest Relations and Promotions: Utilize your large personal guest book of VIP clients to elevate the club’s profile and ensure exclusive experiences for top-tier guests.
  3. Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&Ls, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring the profitability of the club.
  4. Event Management: Collaborate with event planners and promoters to host high-profile events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  5. Compliance: Ensure the bar and club adheres to all city, state, and federal regulations, including alcohol service and safety protocols.
  6. Customer Experience: Maintain a strong presence on the floor during events, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving issues, and elevating the club’s reputation.
  7. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including maintaining TIPS and ServSafe certifications.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a General Manager/equivalent leadership role in a full-service bar, restaurant, and nightclub environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of Denver's nightlife and a substantial VIP guest network.
  3. TIPS and ServSafe certifications (required).
  4. Valid Guard Card in Denver (required).
  5. Proven track record of managing staff, operations, and large-scale events.
  6. Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  7. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
  8. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
