The Opportunity
This Wealth Advisor will serve as the primary relationship manager to a curated group of UHNW clients and families-providing holistic guidance across investments, estate and trust planning, tax strategy, and legacy design. You’ll be supported by institutional-caliber investment and planning teams, while maintaining the autonomy to shape client relationships and deliver highly tailored advice.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the complexities UHNW families face. What You’ll Be Doing
Build long-term, trusted relationships with UHNW clients and family entities.
Lead comprehensive wealth planning conversations across investments, estate planning, tax, philanthropy, and family governance.
Collaborate with internal investment teams to design and implement endowment-style portfolios across traditional and alternative asset classes.
Introduce clients to values-aligned strategies, ESG/impact opportunities, and philanthropic solutions.
Serve as a strategic family advisor, helping clients navigate multi-generational complexity with education, governance, and succession frameworks.
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., attorneys, accountants) and internal teams (investment, operations, trust) to deliver a seamless, white-glove client experience.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience : 7+ years in wealth management, family office, private banking, or a related UHNW advisory role.
Expertise : Deep understanding of investment strategy, estate planning, trust structures, and tax coordination. Exposure to alternatives and private markets is a plus.
Client Skills : Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships, with an ability to distill sophisticated concepts into accessible language.
Style : High emotional intelligence, entrepreneurial mindset, and an authentic, fiduciary-first approach to client service.
