You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that provides excellent food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and training employees, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. Successful candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • 50-hour work week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
  • Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
