The responsibilities include operating the entire restaurant, building a strong team, hiring and developing employees, conducting orientations, training, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
  • 50-hour work week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Business math, accounting, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
