Sodexo, in partnership with a premier healthcare organization, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a General Manager 4 in the Houston, TX market. The General Manager will oversee food operations, prioritizing client relations, financial performance, and enhancing patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, promoting an inclusive culture, and leading successful business initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • Deliver high-quality food service;
  • Achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • Develop strategic plans;
  • Create a positive environment; and
  • Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

What You Bring

  • Strong leadership skills demonstrated through a work history, along with previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for high-level customer service; and
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
