You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include hiring and developing employees, conducting orientation, executing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, experience in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-hour work week
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
