ISSJ III– OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst (Language Enabled) – Expert

Clearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

BTS Software Solutions is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts (Language Enabled) responsible for conducting advanced collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts will interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments supporting special operations, targeting, HUMINT, exploitation, cyber operations, and threat estimates. They will fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting. Prior support to special operations is preferred. (Note: traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources are not considered equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with current all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
• Proficiency with specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, repositories, and research methodologies.
• Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policies.
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal briefing skills, capable of briefing at the O4/GS13 level or above.
• Foreign language proficiency (reading, listening, writing, speaking) in a designated language as identified by the Government. Analytic experience requirements may be reduced or waived based on language proficiency at the Government’s discretion.
