Description

Enthusiastic and results-driven, our Area Sales Managers are the front-line business drivers. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with accounts. This role is accountable for driving sales while translating Health-Ade’s philosophy and objectives. This position sells Health-Ade products to retail food stores, wholesale grocers, restaurants, hotels, or institutions by performing the following duties.

Requirements

  • Must live in the assigned region and be willing to travel.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals.

  • Passion, a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Have a valid driver’s license; and have reliable transportation with the ability to drive a car to and from multiple locations throughout your workday.

Responsibilities

  • Travel through assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
  • Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features when necessary.
  • Set up and participate in in-store promotions, demos, and special events with the field marketing team.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Participates in overall sales strategy and execution for sale of Health-Ade Kombucha.
  • Uphold the brand integrity always.
  • Establish and maximize brand presence in all selling opportunities.
  • Maximize sales at current accounts using key marketing resources and retail execution at store level.
  • Open new accounts in line with brand directives.
  • Void management throughout territory.
  • Establish relationships with store/retail managers.
  • Maximize the POS exposure in each account.
  • Prepare timely paperwork in a neat, legible, and professional manner.
  • Keep thorough and up-to-date notes on all existing and target accounts.
  • Look at territory with entrepreneurial eyes to seek out new opportunities to increase sales and activations.

COMPENSATION : At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $65,000-$70,000 per year. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role will remain posted until filled.
