Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets
• Develop strategies to impact sales across all revenue areas
• Enforce and execute marketing plans
• Manage and control expenses, including direct expenses, labor, food costs, repairs, and maintenance
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hourly employees
• Conduct performance reviews and develop employees into shift managers
• Hold weekly meetings with Co-Managers to discuss opportunities
• Build sales and manage staffing levels
• Monitor labor and food costs for efficiencies
• Oversee cash handling and store repairs
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
• Provide feedback on systems and procedures to the District Manager
• Handle store emergencies and communicate marketing opportunities

Reports directly to the District Manager and participates in weekly and monthly meetings.
