Achieve sales targets Develop strategies to impact sales across all revenue areas Enforce and execute marketing plans Manage and control expenses, including direct expenses, labor, food costs, repairs, and maintenance Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hourly employees Conduct performance reviews and develop employees into shift managers Hold weekly meetings with Co-Managers to discuss opportunities Build sales and manage staffing levels Monitor labor and food costs for efficiencies Oversee cash handling and store repairs Enforce policies, procedures, and controls Provide feedback on systems and procedures to the District Manager Handle store emergencies and communicate marketing opportunities Reports directly to the District Manager and participates in weekly and monthly meetings.
