We seek a compassionate, driven, results-oriented Director of Business Development to elevate our outreach and community engagement. This is your opportunity to lead business development efforts for a respected agency with an established client base and strong operational support.

• 65–75 active clients
• $5 million in annual revenue
• Servicing clients through Private Pay , Long-Term Care Insurance , VA , and Arc of Montgomery County
• Backed by a strong, experienced operations team—freeing you to focus on growth and relationship building

Your Role

As our first-ever Director of Business Development, you will:

• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, and other referral sources across Montgomery County
• Generate 6+ new Start-of-Care clients per month
• Represent the company at networking events, senior expos, and community functions
• Guide families through the intake process, communicating the value of private home care services
• Collaborate closely with ownership and the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in home care, home health, or healthcare
• Strong familiarity with Montgomery County’s referral network
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
• A passion for helping others and improving lives through home care
• Self-starter with excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
