Job Summary
Our continued growth has us looking for our next management position. Our client is looking for an assertive and experienced GM-level food operator who has the skills to contribute with this catering industry leading company; and has the drive to continue their career with a uniquely desirable concept
Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives
• Budget Management: Create and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
• Event Planning: Work closely with clients to plan and coordinate catering for various events
• Hiring and Training: Recruit, hire, and train catering staff.
• Supervision: Oversee the work of chefs, servers, and other catering staff.
  

Qualifications
Experience as a GM or AM in Hospitality Industry
Very comfortable in kitchen environment
Highly Organized
Team Player
Hands on Leader
Full P&L knowledge
