Location: Brighton, MA
Pay: $175,000 - $200,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Our client is a well-established General Contractor known for delivering high-end commercial, residential, and institutional construction projects throughout Greater Boston. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, they offer an environment where your leadership truly makes a difference.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager, to join their team and lead projects valued between $25M and $80M from preconstruction through closeout. If this sounds like you
What You Get To Do

Manage large-scale commercial and multifamily projects from start to finish
Lead budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor buyouts
Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Act as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications
Drive project progress through OAC and coordination meetings

What You Need To Succeed

12+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven success managing $25M+ ground-up or complex multi-phase builds
Prior experience working on multifamily projects is a big plus!
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
