Senor Sisig, a popular multi-unit food truck and restaurant business in San Francisco, is currently looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Service Manager at our Valencia St. location. In addition to general managerial duties, this person will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service. This is a full-time salaried position, with great benefits.

Responsibilities
- Support the restaurant staff in the day to day operation of the store
- Ensure that every guest feels welcome
- Communicate clearly with FOH, BOH, and guests.
- Ensure that all food and drinks are consistently prepared and served according to Senor Sisig's quality standards
- Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees;
- Communicate directly with the Store Manager regarding staffing levels and scheduling
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, and establishing performance expectations
- Monitor and track staff attendance and punctuality
- Manage shifts which include: daily decision making and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, and labor costs
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the restaurant utilizing open/close checklists to preserve the cleanliness of the unit including equipment maintenance and safety
- Cash handling, bank deposits, and tips
- Covering shifts as needed

- 1 -2 years of management experience
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Basic math skills and knowledge of daily restaurant financial practices
- Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written formats
- Eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
- Adjust to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- The physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds
