  • Operational Oversight
  • Oversee all aspects of divisional operations, including sales, finance, human resources, and safety.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the division.
  • Implement strategies that support budget objectives, sustainable growth, and long-term success.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Lead strategic planning processes focused on performance optimization and increased operational efficiency.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to streamline workflows and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to boost revenue and grow market share.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and foster lasting partnerships.
  • Inspire and coach team members through continuous feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development across all teams.
