Sea Level NC is celebrated for its sustainable coastal Carolina seafood, while The Waterman Fish Bar offers a relaxed dining experience and popular rooftop patio. ACE No. 3, specializing in burgers, shakes, and beers, has expanded swiftly due to its popularity. HTH is continuing to grow in Charlotte and beyond in the coming years, providing exciting career opportunities. We need 2x General Managers now to fulfill our current growth needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Charlotte, NC. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a positive team environment, and enhancing guest experiences. The General Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining high service standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Excellent customer service, communication skills and Hospitality
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Ability to develop operational strategies and improve efficiency
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
