Customer Success Manager – VC Backed Scale Up - $170,000 - Redwood City - Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company that's redefining how engineering teams automate and streamline internal operations. With customers ranging from NASA to Samsung, they’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to help scale their customer journey and drive measurable outcomes.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of success, product, and data—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp technical edge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and grow key customer accounts, with a focus on retention and expansion
  • Use data (SQL, dashboarding tools) to analyze usage, identify opportunities, and tell compelling stories
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales to influence roadmap and customer success strategy
  • Build scalable onboarding and success processes from scratch
  • Help customers achieve real ROI with the platform while hitting your own revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Quota-carrying experience in a CSM, Solutions Engineer, or Post-Sales role
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • A builder’s mindset – you’ve helped create systems, playbooks, or CS processes from the ground up
  • Experience working cross-functionally in early-stage, fast-moving SaaS environments
  • Comfortable owning customer conversations with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product teams

  • Redwood City 3 days per week
  • Early-stage team with lots of autonomy and a flat hierarchy
  • Clear path for growth into leadership or specialization (solutions, strategy, ops)
