Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Greater Houston. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and maintain food safety standards. Key responsibilities include inventory management, financial reporting, staff training, and developing marketing strategies to drive restaurant growth. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure efficiency and excellence in all restaurant functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management, including staff supervision and food safety standards
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and inventory control
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in handling customized dietary needs is a plus
