Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Services Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our service offerings. You will work cross-functionally to define and deliver customer-centric services that drive growth and satisfaction, managing the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Service Strategy & Vision
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Analyze industry trends and competitors to keep services innovative.
Service Design & Development
- Collaborate with teams to design and improve services.
- Define requirements, KPIs, and ensure scalability.
Customer Focus
- Understand customer needs and gather feedback for improvements.
- Build relationships with key customers for insights.
Go-to-Market & Launch
- Develop strategies for new services, including pricing and promotion.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales for adoption and training.
- Monitor performance and adjust tactics post-launch.
Metrics & Performance Management
- Track key metrics and report to leadership.
- Optimize services based on feedback and business needs.
Collaboration & Communication
- Ensure successful delivery of services with internal teams.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Communicate updates and improvements effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related; MBA a plus.
Experience
- 15+ years in product management, especially services.
- Proven success in managing and launching service products.
- Customer-facing experience and understanding of customer needs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Balance customer needs with business goals.
- Strong project management and attention to detail.
- Understanding of financials and budgeting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in telecom or IT industry.
- Knowledge of service design and delivery.

The salary range is $75,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
