Director of Operations – Fast-Growing Bubble Tea Brand (Minnesota)

What You Bring

• 5+ years in multi-unit operations (F&B, QSR, or retail preferred)
• Strong grasp of KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, etc.)
• Experience mentoring young, hourly teams
• Passion for consistent, high-quality guest experiences
• Based in or willing to relocate to Minnesota
• Willingness to travel regularly
  

What You’ll Do

• Oversee operations across 12+ stores
• Lead by example—coach, support, and stay connected with store teams
• Develop and enforce training, SOPs, and performance standards
• Open new locations and build high-performing teams
• Ensure compliance and collaborate with partner stores in CO & FL
