Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in managing the full project lifecycle — defining scope, objectives, plans, and performance metrics to meet standards and client expectations.
• Ensure construction works comply with all statutory acts, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Oversee and ensure workplace safety compliance for all site activities.
• Monitor and coordinate project progress, including site inspections, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of all project documents.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical or operational issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of experience with a Main Contractor in Building Construction projects
• Experience in managing project documentation and site administration.
