- A LEADER attitude. A successful General Manager doesn’t rest on his or her success. They always bring their best attitude into the restaurant. Our organization is committed to its leadership running a profitable restaurant known for its cleanliness, being safe, and a positive working environment.
- Management experience, at minimum - 3 years management running high-volume locations; McDonald’s preferred
- Flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant. We operate restaurants at 363 days a year (CLOSED THANKSGIVING and CHRISTMAS DAY)
- A valid driver’s license, must be 18 years or older to be a shift manager
- All applicants will be subject to a background check
